RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
For refunds or exchanges, return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
CONDITIONS
Returned merchandise must be:
• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Tags attached
• Returned with original packaging
Items failing inspection may be declined.
READY STOCK
Ready stock items may be eligible for refund or exchange, subject to review and stock availability.
MADE-TO-ORDER
Made-to-order pieces are produced specifically upon request and are generally final sale.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only where an item is faulty or incorrect.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unless defective, the following may be excluded:
• Sale merchandise
• Final release items
• Customized products
• Hygiene-sensitive accessories
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on the financial institution.
